I do not accept briefs that use AI-generated references or content.

Please inform me in advance if you would like your commission to remain private (an additional fee will apply).

Please always credit Taeoh707 / An Vũ when reposting or using the artwork. Do not claim the artwork as your own.

I reserve the right to post commissioned works on my portfolio and social media platforms for self-promotion purposes.

I will keep the original files for up to 4 months after delivery.

You may use the commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes (personal prints, gifts, etc.) with a maximum of 30 copies.

Payment via Wise, Paypal.

A 100% upfront payment is required once the brief is finalized.

For commissions worth $1,000 USD or above, a 50/50 payment plan is available. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.

Process: Brief Confirmation → Payment → Sketch → Sketch Approval → Lineart → Screentones→ Final

Please provide feedback within 3 days after I send an update. If no response is received within that period, I will assume no changes are needed and continue working based on the latest version sent.

Additional fees may apply if you request major changes, alter the brief midway, or add elements that were not included in the original brief.

If I discover that my artwork has been used to train AI or fed into any AI-related tools, the commission will be immediately canceled with no refund, and the client will be permanently blacklisted.

The deadline begins once the sketch has been approved. Delays caused by slow client responses are not eligible for refunds.

I will issue a full refund if I fail to meet the deadline due to personal circumstances or unforeseen events.

If the commission is canceled during the sketch stage, 70% of the payment will be refunded. No refunds will be provided after the sketch stage.

I'm not responsible for any commission-related issues or disputes raised more than 3 months after delivery.

Base prices are for one simple character only. The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.

Depending on the complexity of the brief, commissions may be completed earlier than the estimated deadline.

Up to 3 sketch revisions are included for free. Additional revisions will incur extra fees based on the extent of the changes.

Additional character: +90% per character

Highly detailed character: +20–80% of the base price

Complex background: +100$–300$

Rush fee (deadline under 1 month): +20% of the total price

Private commission fee: +20% of the total price

Commercial usage rights: +300% of the total price
