100% upfront is required before I begin work.- I will refund 100% if I can't meet the deadline due to personal reason.- If you wish to cancel the order during the sketch phase, you will receive a 70% refund. No refunds after that.- The deadline starts counting from the sketch approval date. Refunds will be refused if the deadline is missed due to slow client response.- I will provide a 100% refund if the deadline is missed due to personal reasons.- I will refuse to address commission-related issues after 5 months.
